COUPON TERMS & CONDITIONS

Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Sahyadri Ayurtirth reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.

The coupon may only be used on Sahyadri Ayurtirth and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by Sahyadri Ayurtirth. The coupon is not valid on products sold by third-party sellers or other e-commerce websites.

The coupon is limited to one coupon per customer.

If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.

Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products as per Shipping & Returns Policy.

Is it possible for me to track my order?

As soon as you place your order with us, your order is processed from our concerned warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, if you are a registered user, you can track your order by My Orders section.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

At the time of placing your order, depending on your shipping address, an estimated time of delivery would be shared with you. As we maintain inventory of all products that we sell on our  App / Website, you can be rest assured that the products will be dispatched within 24 hours of you placing the order. We aspire to get your product delivered within 2-7 days of you placing your order with us depending on the geography you are ordering from to the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing your order but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer. Please note that Sahyadri Ayurtirth will try its level best to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible but Sahyadri Ayurtirth is not liable for any delay in delivery by our logistics partner.
